June Callwood championed the cause for social justice and committed her life to helping others. She founded over 50 charitable organizations in Toronto to address issues such as HIV/AIDS, teenage pregnancy and abused women. Callwood will forever be remembered for her work in the community, and how her profound outlook on life changed society.
