This Parti Quebecois campaign poster was spotted on Notre-Dame St. between Greene Ave. and Rose-de-Lima. It was culture jammed by an activist (probably an anarchist due to the anti-vote sentiment expressed in it) with the words spray-painted “Ca ne changera rien” (it will change nothing) appearing under the PQ’s traditional “Votez” call to vote on Sept. 4.
